Notes

1. When you call us for a booking, your documents/items must be ready. (We will collect your documents/item anytime after we receive your booking, and deliver it before the allotted delivery time) (e.g: If you call us at 2pm to book a 3hr service, we will collect it anytime after we receive your call and deliver it before 6pm on the same day.)

2. Collection/Delivery at Lim Chu Kang, Marina Bay Sands, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1,2&3, Sentosa Island, Residences, School, Polytechnics, Universities, Hospitals (Places which require security access for collection/delivery – rates are issued upon request).

3. For normal bank services, the price is $14.00 to $18.00 (depending on the location of the bank).

Terms & Conditions

    1. Articles/ items using normal service exceeding 1 kg in weight or A 4 paper’s size will be charged an additional $5.00 per (up to 4kg) and $5.00 for oversize.
    2. A surcharge of $5.00 will be levied for waiting time exceeding 15 minutes or part thereof during despatch order. We start to charge $5.00 from the 16th minute of waiting.
    3. We do not accept poisonous, toxic and contraband items.
    4. Collection/Delivery at Lim Chu Kang, Marina Bay Sands, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1,2&3, Sentosa Island, Residences, School, Polytechnics, Universities, Hospitals (Places which require security access for collection/delivery – rates are issued upon request).
    5. Deliver to Changi Airport, Changi Cargo Complex, Gombak, Lim Chu Kang, Sungei Tengah – $35.00 for document and $50.00 for van up to 30kg in weight.
    6. Delivery to/from – Sembawang, Woodlands, Sugei Kadut, entirety of Tuas area, Yishun (additional outskirt charge of $5.00).
    7. For 1 Day service, cut off booking time is 10.40am and Regent Courier reserves the right to pickup anytime and deliver before 6pm on the same day.
    8. For pickup / delivery with specific timings for our courier team to be there, minimum 1-2 hour rates will apply.
    9. From / To – Upper Changi, Loyang, Sengkang, Tampines, Punggol, Pasir Ris (Additional outskirt surcharge of $5.00)
    10. Our maximum liability is $200.00 per claim.
    11. Above rates are merely a guide. Rates are subject to change without notice.
    12. Bookings received or items ready after 4pm are subject to overtime charge of $5.00 per hour or part thereof.
    13. Our official operating hours is from 9am-5pm on Mondays to Fridays and 9am – 1pm on Saturdays (except public holidays).
    14. If there is no recipient to acknowledge item(s) received upon delivery, we will feedback the status to you and the job would be considered done and completed. Should you require us to return item(s) to sender / deliver item(s) to a different address, additional trip charge(s) would apply.
    15. From / To residential address – our normal rate is a minimum of $15.00/-.
    16. For delivery of any legal/court documents, whereby recipient is to acknowledge “received” personally, our standard service rate is $50.00/-.
    17. We do not accept third party booking(s).
